I qualified from The Royal Veterinary College in 2006. Since then I have worked on five continents and treated in excess of a hundred different species ranging from elephants, lions and crocodiles in Africa to giant pandas in China. In the United Kingdom I am based at the Dragon Veterinary Centre, Cheltenham in the heart of the Cotswolds working as a general practitioner. In addition to this I provide a consultancy and private veterinary service that includes emergency capture and immobilisation of animals using the Pneu-Dart X-Calibur CO2 Long Range Projector. I was also veterinary advisor for The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society and the upcoming Hollywood Blockbuster Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom.

I am registered with The South African Veterinary Council (SAVC) spending several weeks a year assisting Wildlife Vets, Nespruit, South Africa with conservation, captures, relocations and treatments of African wildlife.

I am also working in collaboration with HAIFU Medical Technologies and The Focused Ultrasound Foundation to bring low intensity therapeutic focused ultrasound (LIFU); a pioneering technology to the veterinary market for managing osteoarthritis and other musculoskeletal conditions.

My first book entitled 'The Travelling Vet' is due for release at the end of the year.
